Why We Buy Colorado Springs Homes
What’s not to love about Colorado Springs? The beauty of the Mountains overlooking the city, the easy access to wilderness, the upscale downtown with lots of great restaurants and parks, the history and charm of Old Colorado City, and it’s just close enough to Denver for easy access without being so close that we get that big city feel. Really I could go on and on, but since you’re reading this you probably already know what I’m talking about.
Variety is the Spice of Life
All of the above make the real estate in Colorado Springs the most entertaining and interesting I’ve ever purchased. Here you can live in almost any type of property and landscape you could desire. We have high mountain vistas, wide open ranches, down town metropolis, and forest as thick as you please. Also Colorado City has not gone through near the roller coaster ride in house prices that some other cities have experienced, resulting in far fewer people losing their properties due to drastic drops in value. Yes we have had our ups and downs, but you only need to look south a few hours to Phoenix to see how bad things can get.
It’s All About the People
All of the above are great things I love about buying Colorado Springs houses, but my favorite thing of all is the people. Having bought and sold houses in five states, Colorado by far has the nicest and most outgoing people of any place I’ve traveled. It must be something from the mountains, but there is a love from the residents of Colorado that just doesn’t exist anywhere else. I may not have been born a native Coloradoan, but I am very proud now to call it home. Thank you for letting me tell you a little about why I love to buy homes in Colorado Springs, Fountain, Woodland Park, Security, Falcon, Pueblo, or anywhere else around. I truly hope I have to opportunity to help you someday.
